YEAH NOT SUCH A GOOD iDEA..

SO i WAS GOiNG TO SPEND THE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS ON THAT MEDi WEiGHT LOSS CRAP... UNTiL... i STARTED LiSTENiNG TO WHAT MORE PEOPLE WERE SAYiNG... i STARTED JUST FOLLOWiNG THE DiET... TAKiNG CALCiUM PiLLS, GREEN TEA FAT BURNERS, AND TOTAL CLEANSE... GUESS WHAT... i HAVE LOST 15 LBS iN 2 WEEKS. MAY NOT BE AS FAST AS ALL THAT BUT iT SURE iS A HELL OF A LOT CHEAPER!!! i STAY ON A 500 CAL A DAY DiET.. VERY HARD BUT WELL WORTH iT. i CAN SPEND MY 285 PLUS 70 A WEEK ON SOMETHiNG MORE PRODUCTiVE LiKE A GYM MEMBERSHiP AND A TANNiNG MEMBERSHiP... AND JUST TO SPEND. i FEEL GREAT NOW!!! i DON*T SLEEP AS MUCH AND MY TUMMY iS GETTiNG FLATTER AND FLATTER. THiNK i SPENT ABOUT 40 ON ALL OF MY PiLLS. SO THAT*S 40 A MONTH VERSUS 280. PRETTY CHEAP. MY GYM MEMBERSHiP iS 32.. AND i TAN FOR FREE. NO BiG DEAL! SO i SPEND ABOUT 72 A MONTH TO STAY FiT HEALTHY AND TAN. NOT A BAD DEAL! ANYONE CAN DO iT!!! i REPLACED ANY BEEF i USE TO USE iN RECiPES W/ LEAN TURKEY MEAT. THERE*S LiKE LiTERALLY NOTHiNG iN TURKEY MEAT! AND WiTH THE RiGHT SEASONiNGS iT TAKES LiKE BEEF BUT BETTER! i MAKE TURKEY MEAT LOAF, TURKEY SPAGHETTi, TURKEY TACOS, TURKEY ROAST, TURKEY TURKEY TURKEY LOL. SO FOR ANY OF THOSE WHO WANT TO LOSE WEiGHT... JUST DO iT NATURALLY... i HAVE NOTiCED SOME OF MY FRiENDS THAT HAVE DONE THiS HAVE GOTTEN TO A PLATEAU... WHiCH iS SOMETHiNG THE MEDi WEiGHT LOSS PEOPLE TELL YOU THAT YOU WiLL NOT HiT WHiLE ON THEiR EXPENSiVE PLAN. SO... JUST SET YOUR MiND TO iT AND DO iT. i HAVE SOME CHEAT DAYS HERE AND THERE, AND i AM STiLL LOSiNG... i WORK OUT 3 DAYS A WEEK, BUT i DO CiRCUiT TRAiNiNG WHiCH iS EVEN BETTER. B/C iT MiXES AEROBiC EXERCiSE W/ STRENGHT TRAiNiNG. AND THOSE BOTH iN THEMSELVES BURN FAT AND GiVE YOU A LEAN BODY STRUCTURE. SO GO JOiN CURVES AND GET ON A DiET! iT WiLL BE BETTER THAN DRAiNiNG YOUR WALLET =-)

hey girl.. i have spent 700 in 6 weeks and only lost 20.6 lbs. THis will be my last week and im going on my own. I know the diet, i have the pills and im just doing ito n myown and save my money

yea im plateauing right now. but i have lost 15 lbs in 3.5 weeks. So I will stick to it for a little while longer. im glad u have found what works for u!

Hi I dont know you but came across your blog & was wondering what kind of those pills you were taking for this diet? the green tea burners & the cleanse ones? and were you doin the 500 cal with no carbs like the medi weight loss one? I'm with you on not wanting to spend the extra hundreds of dollars on that expensive diet but I'm wanting the quick results! lol Thanks for any tips you may have!
